Fish Farm Automatic Rotary Drum Filter

ZH PM series automatic rotary drum filter made of case part, drum components, back washing system, motor control case ,which made up of non toxic corrosion resistant engineering plastics. We use 316L stainless steel 100--400 mesh filter screen which imported from Germany to separate suspended solids from water.

Stainless steel filter screen is work as a media of cleaning suspended solids. When the water containing suspended solids particles enter into the drum, it will be intercepted by stainless steel filter screen and after filtration, no suspended solids water will enter into the reservoir. When the drum suspended solids accumulated to a certain number, it will cause the water percolating capacity of filter screen decline, water level in the drum will raised, when the water level rises to the setting high water ; liquid level will control system works automatically, back washing pump and the drum electric motor both will automatically turn on, the high pressure water of back washing system takes an high pressure cleaning to filter screen, then under the wash of high pressure water the clogged suspended solids on the drum filter screen will flow into the dirt collection tank and discharge by the sewage outfall. After the filter screen is cleaned, the water percolating capacity of filter screen will increase and the drum water level will drop, when the water level drops to the setting low water level, anti cleaning pumps and roller electric motor will both automatically stop working, then the drum filter turn to next recycling running.
